Featured Scholar

Anh Le, an accounting major at Northeastern University ('13), worked as a Commonwealth Corps Tutor/Mentor at the Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center where she encouraged students to participate in community service events.  She created the posters in the background for college tours and the college mentoring program. Anh is currently studying abroad at the London School of Economics.

Scholar News and Updates

• Award packets have been mailed to all Current Scholars who have successfully renewed their scholarships. Be sure to sign and return your Acceptance Agreement immediately.
• 1st semester recipients' checks were mailed to schools on July 2nd.
• If your Renewal Application is on hold, please email us the missing information as soon as you have it. You can follow up with necessary documentation by mail.
• 23 students visited last summer, giving us the opportunity to match faces with names.  We’d love to meet more students this summer!

Reminders

• If you have any changes in your attendance (transfer or you leave your school) please complete the Change of Attendance Form and send to us immediately.
• The next Renewal deadline is April 1, 2011.
• If you will be studying abroad second semester, make sure you have made arrangements so that your renewal application is submitted by the deadline.
